Overview
Join our team as a Full Service Assistant Manager and deliver exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence. New location off Sounth Powers in Colorado Springs opening in December so training starts right away. In this energetic role, you'll oversee daily store functions, motivate your team, and ensure smooth management of sales, inventory, and customer service.
Duties
- Work side by side with hourly employees to service our guests.
- Set the example in customer engagement
- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, sales performance, and operational efficiency
Experience
- Entry level managment
- Combination of kitchen skills and Front of House skills. Strong skills in training & development
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are valued.
- Bar experience is a plus.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
