Assistant Manager

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Assistant Manager to support daily operations, supervise staff, maintain service quality, and ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

A key focus of this role is hospitality and guest relations, ensuring an excellent guest experience and high service standards. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store/General Manager in managing daily operations.
• Strong QSR leadership experience, great energy, and a passion for hospitality and developing teams.
• Supervise, train, and motivate employees to maintain productivity and service standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service, hospitality, and guest relations, addressing guest concerns professionally.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, ordering, and waste management.
• Support sales growth, revenue targets, and cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and hygiene requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and assist with staff scheduling.
• Coordinate with team members and management to improve operational efficiency.
• Handle day-to-day issues and support the manager in achieving business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales reporting.
