Assistant Manager - Collection Control

The Role:

• Develop and implement new customer payment means; monitor Point of Sales system and other customer payment portals
• Coordinate with service providers and review service agreements; Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement
• Coordinate with IT and vendors to enhance digital collection capabilities
• Implement internal control & compliance measures and handle audit matters
• Review refund for customer payment
• Review monthly reports and participate in ad-hoc reporting, analysis and presentation
• Assist to prepare budgets and cash flow projections
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and handle special projects with collection related issues

The Person:

• Degree holder or Higher Diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 7 years’ relevant experiences in the collection field, familiar with billing payment services in the market is preferred; Knowledge on e-payment operations, such as PPS, Alipay, WeChat Pay, online banking, etc. and the related process flow would be an advantage
• Proficient in PC applications; knowledge of SAP is essential
• Good communication skills to cooperate and negotiate with internal and external parties
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Responsible, self-motivated and independent to handle and supervise work of collection control team
