Key Requirements

• CA / MBA Finance / Techno-Commercial background.
• Experience in commercial agreements and contracts for Solar EPC projects.
• Strong contract negotiation, financial and commercial analysis skills.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review EPC contracts and commercial agreements.
• Manage client billing and vendor contracts.
• Monitor project commercial compliance.
• Handle contractual claims and variations.
• Support project profitability and risk management.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
