Assistant Manager - Commercial

Purpose: To act as a commercial mind partnerfor Business Team to enhance and protect value of organisation.

Role Summary: To undertake pricingand build commercial models for customers by collaborating with the BusinessTeam, Sourcing and GCD. To work on analytics for Management with a focus oncompetitive edge mapping for GSL.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Pricing: To lead costing and subsequently pricing for various products andkey customers. To act as a mind partner for Key Account Manager/ Sales Team toenhance value in business.
• Hygiene Maintenance: Ensure value protection by conducting contributionanalysis, cost validation, contract status monitoring, etc.
• Analytics: To lead and map market size of various products, conduct competitionanalysis, competitive edge mapping for GSL and financial analysis of competitors.
• Budgeting: To play a pivotal role in Sales Budgeting for organisation withkey focus on volume and contribution budgeting.
• Enhance Team Capability : Guide Business Commercial juniors to buildteam capability.

Educational qualifications: CA/ ICWA/ MBA Finance

Experience: 2- 4 years

Required Competencies: AnalyticalThinking, Business Acumen, Team Working, Innovation, Creativity and Total WorkSystem.

Required Skills: Analytical Skills,Corporate Finance, Market Analysis and Financial Acumen.

Any Specific Requirements: Proficient inAnalytics, SAP and Excel.
