Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Community Partnerships & Programs to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and strengthening relationships with community partners while ensuring the effective operations of our community learning centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, engage, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with community partners and learning centers.
• Monitor the performance and impact of community learning centers and provide ongoing support.
• Ensure operational efficiency by identifying challenges and implementing timely solutions.
• Prepare periodic reports on partner engagement, center performance, and outreach progress.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to enhance service delivery and partner experience.
• Conduct regular field visits to community sites as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in project coordination, outreach, or stakeholder management.
• Background in early education, literacy programs, or work with underserved communities will be preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to manage reporting and communication tools.
• Willingness to travel for field visits.
