Assistant Manager-Compensation & Benefit

Responsibilities:

• Manage Compensation & Benefits activities across SEAO markets.
• Coordinate annual group insurance renewals with brokers and insurers.
• Conduct compensation and benefits benchmarking and market surveys.
• Design retail commission and incentive schemes.
• Support annual salary merit reviews through analysis and recommendations.
• Manage HR budgets, cost variance analysis, and budget system records.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Oversee regional payroll, validate payroll reports, and ensure bank file approvals.
• Coordinate with HR Shared Services to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Lead HR system implementations and upgrades, coordinating with IT and vendors and providing user training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of Compensation & Benefits experience, ideally within retail or a regional role.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, with proficiency in Excel, HRIS, and payroll systems.
• Proven project management experience, particularly in HR system implementation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated integrity, adaptability, collaboration, and a customer-centric mindset.
