Assistant Manager Contingent Workforce
Workforce Planning Collaborate with business leaders to assess workforce needs, define criteria for contingent roles, and drive recruitment strategies
Responsible for fulfilment of all staffing positions across entities and negotiate the cost with vendor
Cost Optimization Initiatives Achieve measurable savings without compromising quality and performance
Vendor Management and Contract Administration Manage vendor relationships and execute agreements such as MSAs and NDAs by fostering strong partnerships that streamline contingent workers
Vendor Empanelment & Onboarding not limited to only staffing vendors Onboard vendors using Vendor onboarding tool and provide training of invoicing tool Basware
Lifecycle Management of Project Resources Manage end-to-end lifecycle processes for contingent workers, ensure effective onboarding and timely offboarding along with various documentation
Stakeholder Management Partner with hiring managers and vendors to provide strategic guidance, ensure alignment with talent acquisition processes for contingent workers
PO and Invoicing Manage centralized invoicing and PO process before due date
Monthly Provision Responsible for accurate Monthly Provision of contingent workers across entities and timely submission to finance department
Payment Process Coordination Partner with the finance team to optimize payment workflows, ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments
Training and Development Compliance Monitor mandatory and optional trainings by coordinating and tracking course completions with employees, managers, and vendors
Data-Driven Reporting and Analytics Prepare detailed analytics and reports as and when required by respective stakeholders
Weekly / Monthly MIS and Presentation Deck Prepare and analyse various reports as and when required by multiple stakeholders
Contract Renewal and Extension Ensure smooth contract extension of all contingent workers before contract expiry
Compliance Management and Audit Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for contingent workforce by ensuring proper documentation
Ensure compliance accuracy by rigorous follow ups for Tax & Audit Implications
