Assistant Manager (Contract)

Job details

• 3 months contract with the possibility for extension
• Working hours: Mon to Thu: 8.30am to 6pm; Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities

• Assist with outreach and engagement efforts by communicating with external parties via phone and email.
• Follow up on outstanding documents, information and submissions.
• Respond to general enquiries from stakeholders and members of the public.
• Review, process and organise incoming information and records.
• Maintain trackers, databases and records, ensuring all details remain accurate and current.
• Compile and consolidate information for reporting and progress monitoring.
• Provide administrative and operational support for other team activities when required.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree qualification in any discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Confident in communicating with external stakeholders by phone and email.
• Meticulous, organised and able to manage records accurately.
• Able to work independently and follow established procedures.
