Assistant Manager - Credit

Role Overview

We are looking for analytical and driven Credit Managers to join our risk assessment team. This role is specifically focused on the Unsecured Loans - Personal Loan category, requiring a deep understanding of business dynamics, cash flow analysis, and surrogate-based underwriting. You will be responsible for maintaining a high-quality portfolio while ensuring a seamless turnaround time (TAT) for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Credit Underwriting: Appraise loan applications for self-employed individuals by analyzing business health and financial documents.

Financial Analysis: Evaluate Balance Sheets, P&L statements, GST returns, and bank statements to determine actual debt-servicing capacity.

Risk Mitigation: Conduct personal discussions (PDs) and physical verifications to validate the "on-ground" business reality versus paper documentation.

Compliance: Ensure all cases adhere to the companys credit policy and regulatory guidelines (RBI).

Portfolio Management: Monitor the health of the logged-in and disbursed portfolio to minimize delinquency and early mortality.

Candidate Profile

Education: MBA in Finance or equivalent from a reputed institute.

Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience as Credit manager in Unsecured Business loan and Personal loans.
