Assistant Manager - CRM

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Assist in developing the annual CRM marketing calendar, including strategy and budget planning for member privileges, communications, and events
• Loyalty Program Management: Manage a 360° VIP loyalty program to deepen client engagement and generate sales opportunities among high-value customers via Omnichannel engagement
• Data Analysis: Conduct regular member analysis; translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights for offer and privilege planning.
• Campaign Performance: Set KPIs, suggest target audience,  evaluate campaign effectiveness, and provide ongoing recommendations for improvement.
• System Enhancement : Coordinate CRM system enhancement projects—from vendor sourcing and UAT to deployment follow-up; establish and monitor service standard KPIs
• Operational Support: Monitor daily CRM operations, handle exceptional cases, update workflows and training materials; support CS team on system/campaign/member benefits inquiries.
• Policy Governance:  Maintain CRM policies and execution guidelines for regional offices.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with headquarters cross-departmental / regional offices, store operations, MIS, Finance teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business, Management, Marketing, E-commence or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in CRM with supervisory capacity in retail industry, which luxury retail is highly preferred
• Strong sense in CRM, customer service and marketing
• Strong project management, analytical skill and sensitive to number
• Experienced in Marketing Automation tool, new CRM System implementation & enhancement is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
