Assistant Manager - CRM

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer calls, emails, and complaints.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Project teams.
• Follow up on payments, agreements, documentation, and registration.
• Resolve customer queries and track issues until closure.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely communication.
• Analyze CRM data to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer handling processes and implement changes accordingly.
• Develop strategies to increase repeat business opportunities by providing excellent after-sales support.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in real estate industry or related field.
• Strong understanding of CRM principles and practices with ability to analyze data effectively.
• Excellent customer handling skills with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.
• Proven track record of achieving high levels of client satisfaction through excellent after-sales service.
