Assistant Manager - CRM

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and organized CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, follow-ups, leads, and post-sales coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth customer experience and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, leads and follow-ups through CRM
• Maintain accurate customer and lead data in the CRM system
• Coordinate with Sales and Service teams for customer requirements
• Track customer follow-ups and ensure timely closures
• Handle customer feedback, complaints and queries
• Maintain daily CRM reports and follow-up reports
• Monitor pending leads and ensure regular follow-up
• Coordinate customer appointments, deliveries and service-related communication
• Ensure proper updating of customer interaction history
• Support customer retention and relationship-building activities

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software
• Customer-service oriented approach
• Good data management and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple customers and follow-ups
• Good verbal and written communication

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with experience in automobile CRM will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

• 4–8 years of relevant CRM experience
• Automobile dealership experience preferred
• Good professional communication
• Strong ownership and follow-up ability
• Immediate joiners can be preferred/ with in 15 days

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
