Assistant Manager, Customer Care

Job Responsibilities.

• Support Leadership: Work closely with Customer Care Manager to oversee and optimize the department operations.

• Proactive Dispute Resolution: Responds promptly to issues received through multiple channels, delegate tasks effectively and follow-up diligently to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collaborative Solutions: Work with department heads and healthcare professionals to deliver timely actionable feedback addressing complaints and implementing suggestions to enhance- customer service delivery.

• Timely Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and essential documentation that drives informed decision-making.

• Commitment to Quality: Participate in quality improvement programs that uphold and enhance service standards ensuring compliance with various accreditations requirements.

• Training and Development: Play a key role in supervising team member with customer service skills to meet needs of the department**.**

Job Requirements.

• Possess a medical degree, diploma/degree in nursing, a legal degree or any related healthcare field.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to converse in additional languages  may be an advantage.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in dispute resolution or customer complaint  management.
