What they need
- Experience in Customer Quality within the automotive industry.
- Hands-on experience handling Maruti & Suzuki (MSIL) customer quality is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of 8D, CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, and IATF 16949.
- Experience in customer complaint handling, PPM reduction, audits, and OEM interactions.
- SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Note: Maruti Suzuki Customer Quality experience is required.
