Assistant Manager, Customer Relations

As part of the Customer Relations Department, you will support purchasers throughout the sales journey, including documentation, transfer, ownership certification, handover, customer inquiries. You will coordinate with purchasers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and professional service. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage the preparation, issuance, and administration of Escrow Agreements, Sales and Purchase Agreements, and other customer-related contractual documents.
• Review assignment dossiers, advise purchasers on applicable procedures, and coordinate the timely issuance of assignment confirmations.
• Collect and verify information and supporting documents for ownership certificate applications, and coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate the issuance process.
• Liaise with consultants on ownership certificate submissions, coordinate the handover of certificates to purchasers, and process related payment requests.
• Prepare handover minutes and other relevant documentation to support the property handover process.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic reports on contracts, assignments, ownership certificates, and handover activities to monitor progress, workflows, and deadlines.
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective resolution.
• Drive initiatives and streamline work processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and the overall customer experience.
