Assistant Manager - Customer Support Incharge - SCM

Roles and Responsiblities

• To co-ordinate with customers for meeting their production requirement, order management, scheduling and forecasting of customer demand.
• Production planning and control.
• Scheduling plant production as per customer demand.
• Monitoring customer coverage on day to day basis
• Monitoring of stock levels of dunnages on regular basis
• Monitoring customer hourly production & planning shipments to meet requirements
• Handling & leading customer support team and shipping team.
• To track transport requirements of outbound trucks and ensure optimal usage. Monitoring of tracking of shipments receipt at customer end and obtain acknowledgement on time.
