Assistant Manager - Dealing Execution, Private Wealth Management (Day shift)

Job duties / responsibilities:

• Provide excellent, accurate and timely execution services to our High Net worth Customers in Hong Kong and Global equities, futures and stock options.
• Have experience in handling CD orders or large orders
• Monitor client’s outstanding orders and margin positions
• Assist Risk Management to handle forced liquidation orders
• Prepare daily trade reports and trade monitoring reports
• Follow up on any regulation announced related to exchanges
• Perform Day-end processing and related tasks
• Perform ad hoc projects as required

Job Specification:

• Bachelor degree with at least 3 years' experience in securities / futures dealing
• Holder of relevant SFC license (Type 1 and Type 2 regulated activities) is a Must
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work effectively under pressure and be a good team player
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Familiar with trading platforms such as Hundsun Ayers, SP Trader, Esunny and Bloomberg
• Experience in participating in system migration or UAT is a plus
• Willing to work on holidays
• Flexible working hours (Arrival and departure times)
