Position Title: Assistant Manager - Deployment
Reports To: AGM - Group Projects
Position Purpose: Working on various deployment projects
HSE Responsibility: Participate in HSE requirements implementation (Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, Complying with HSE policies and procedures, Reporting hazards and incidents, and Participating in safety training)

KEY COMPETENCIES:
Engineering from Mechanical, Electrical, Computer stream
Support deployment of the Technical Services Framework and other strategic projects and global initiatives along with country specific tools.
Support planning and deployment of Soft and Technical Service support tools.
Develop innovative solutions and strategies to address operational issues and facilitate the successful implementation of global and regional initiatives at the local level.
Audit hard and soft service processes and outcomes, align with best practice and comply with statutory regulations, by benchmarking against industry standards and relevant legislation
Act as the subject matter expert in hard services and assist in improving quality of services and contract profitability through developing new concepts and methodologies, and implementing a program of continuous improvement.
Support operations during the mobilisation of new sites, including ensuring all relevant policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements are adhered to.
Use analytics to make recommendations to site: to improve maintenance (preventive/ predictive), to define asset plan, to propose innovations.
Ability to demonstrate a high level of communication skills with an emphasis on the ability to deal with a variety of internal and external customers.

Required profile
Qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical engineering with 5 to 8 years and experience in FM Services, and possessing of basics of FM operations for hard and soft services.
Demonstrated abilities as a leader.
Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including very good verbal and written English skills.
Highly developed computer skills including Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Excellent planning and organising skills with the ability to work autonomously whilst also as part of a team, to achieve the team goals.
Experience in process improvement, including mapping and analysing existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing processes and procedures
Highly methodical and analytical, with the ability make decisions and apply logic to solve difficult and complex problems
Experience in using and/or implementing CMMS tools.
