Assistant Manager/ Deputy manager _Fixed Assets

Job Location: Plot No. 115, HSIIDC Industrial Area, Ballabgarh, Faridabad 121004
Experience: 5–10 Years
Qualification: CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com
Salary: Up to 50,000 CTC per month
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) in SAP.
• Manage asset capitalization, asset creation, and commissioning in SAP, preferably using the FI-AA Module.
• Process inter-unit asset transfers, retirements, disposals, and write-offs.
• Calculate and review depreciation in accordance with the Companies Act and Ind AS.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
• Perform fixed asset reconciliations and support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Prepare fixed asset schedules and supporting documents for statutory and internal audits.
• Prepare Fixed Asset MIS and management reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for asset verification, capitalization, and movement.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of capital expenditure and asset movements in SAP.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Fixed Asset Accounting.
• Qualification: CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fixed Assets (FI-AA Module preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act, Ind AS, depreciation accounting, and statutory compliance.
• Practical experience in asset capitalization, transfers, disposal, write-offs, and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge will be an added advantage.
