Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Landside Operations (Analysis)

Responsibilities:

• To produce and analyze reports for cost analysis and exceptions monitoring
• To communicate with regional offices on cost reduction initiatives and operational issues
• To liaise with other functional units regarding process improvements and required actions
• To support Landside Operations team on regional specific studies
• To ensure cost data accuracy and integrity in in-house system
• To perform on ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business or Shipping and Logistics related disciplines
• Min. 3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in shipping and logistics
• Good communication, decision making and problem-solving and analytical skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proactive, result-driven and detail-oriented
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage
• Competent in using MS Office Applications, including Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI
