We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Design who can lead creative projects, deliver innovative design solutions, and ensure our visual storytelling resonates with our audience. This role requires a balance of creative strategy, leadership, packaging, merchandising, and hands-on design expertise, contributing directly to brand growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities Design Leadership Strategy

Drive end-to-end creative direction for collections, campaigns, packaging, and merchandising projects. Translate business objectives into compelling visuals aligned with the brand identity. Oversee UI/UX, social media creatives, retail displays, and all branding touchpoints.

Packaging Design Development

Conceptualize and design innovative, premium packaging that enhances product appeal. Align packaging with seasonal collections, gifting edits, and brand guidelines. Collaborate with vendors for material selection, prototyping, and production quality control.

Visual Merchandising

Develop impactful merchandising concepts for retail stores, pop-ups, and exhibitions. Create visual guidelines and planograms to ensure consistent brand presentation. Partner with sales and marketing teams to translate product stories into in-store experiences.

Project Team Management

Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams. Manage timelines, prioritize workloads, and ensure flawless execution of design projects. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

Branding Storytelling

Strengthen Hair Drama Co. s positioning as India s only focused hair fashion brand. Create cohesive branding across digital, packaging, and physical retail platforms. Ensure all design outputs are user-centric, premium, and trend-relevant.

UI/UX Digital Experience

Conceptualize and execute user-friendly designs for web, e-commerce, and digital platforms. Collaborate with developers to deliver seamless UI/UX experiences.

Requirements

Education: Master of Design (Visual Communication) or equivalent creative qualification. Experience: 8+ years in creative design, with proven leadership in branding, packaging, merchandising, and digital campaigns.
