Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, paid advertising, and influencer marketing, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Digital Media Plans aligned with marketing objectives.
• Manage and grow multiple social media accounts across leading platforms.
• Analyze customer behavior and create engaging content to improve reach and engagement.
• Ensure consistent growth in followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, communities, affiliates, and partners.
• Conceptualize and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers to create compelling visual and creative assets.
• Monitor, moderate, and manage integrated in-house digital activities. Handle customer complaints, queries, and feedback across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure campaign alignment.
• Assist in preparing social media performance and analytics reports.
• Plan and execute strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Marketing preferred).
• 4–5 years of experience managing social media accounts for organizations.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and content creation strategies.
• Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools.
• In-depth understanding of paid advertising processes (social media ads, targeting, optimization, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and the local language is mandatory.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with influencer outreach and collaborations.
• Basic understanding of graphic design and content aesthetics. Knowledge of performance tracking, reporting, and optimization techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
