Assistant Manager - Digital Transformation

bout the Role:

We are looking for a young, energetic and technology-driven professional to drive our Digital Transformation agenda and work closely with senior leadership to identify, develop and implement technology-enabled solutions across the organization.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on digital transformation professional with a strong understanding of AI, automation, data analytics, ERP/SAP, system integration and emerging technologies. The role requires someone who can translate business challenges into practical digital solutions and drive projects from idea to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's Digital Transformation roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with the senior leadership to identify opportunities where AI, automation and digital technologies can improve business performance.
• Identify and implement practical AI use across business and manufacturing functions.
• Lead digitalization and automation of existing business processes to improve efficiency, accuracy and productivity.
• Manage a portfolio of digital, functional and technology projects from concept through implementation.
• Identify opportunities for RPA, workflow automation, data analytics and intelligent process improvement.
• Collaborate with IT, business teams, developers and external technology partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive integration between SAP/ERP, machines, applications and other business systems.
• Develop dashboards, analytics and digital reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential application within the organization.
• Establish project KPIs, timelines and measurable outcomes to track the success of digital initiatives.
• Support organizational change management and user adoption of new technologies and digital solutions.
• Monitor project costs, resources, risks and delivery timelines.
• Ensure digital solutions are scalable, secure, sustainable and aligned with the organization's technology strategy.
• Build a culture of continuous improvement and encourage teams to adopt new digital tools and technologies

Required Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in Digital Transformation, Technology and Business Process Automation
• Experience in executing and managing digital transformation projects.
• Candidates with strong potential, relevant technical exposure and a proven record of delivering digital initiatives are encouraged to apply.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and practical business applications of AI.
• Knowledge of RPA, workflow automation and process digitalization.
• Experience with ERP solutions, preferably SAP.
• Understanding of system integration, APIs and machine/system connectivity.
• Knowledge of Data Analytics, Business Intelligence and dashboards.
• Exposure to IoT, Big Data and emerging digital technologies.
• Strong project management and execution skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong collaboration, teamwork and change-management skills.
