Job Responsibilities:
Report Direct Retail achievements and activity reports regularly to senior sales director and management, by compiling and submitting data on team performance, to ensure transparency and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.

Manage the lead distribution and follow-up processes, by tracking and assigning leads effectively, to maximize sales opportunities and ensure that no leads are overlooked.

Track commissions monthly based on target achievements and performance, by analyzing sales data and calculating commissions, to ensure that employees are compensated and motivated to meet sales goals.

Track monthly sales performance against targets by analyzing achievement data and preparing performance reports, to support accurate performance evaluation and business planning.

Support sales team members on the ground by providing timely assistance during sales activities whenever required to facilitate efficient execution and achieve business objectives.

Implement approved department policies, processes & procedures and monitor adherence, so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the team while providing guidance in the related area, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes to achieve high performance standards.

Supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in compliance with the set policies, processes and procedures and within the set SLA.

Ensure team compliance with all relevant regulations and internal Allianz policies and code of conduct to maintain Allianz’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risk.

Job Qualifications:
5 – 7 years of experience in Insurance Sales

Bachelor of Commerce or a related business field

Excellent command in English Language
