Assistant Manager Domestic remittance-Treasury

Key Responsibilities include: • Domestic Remittance Processing: Execute domestic remittance transactions including ACH, wire transfers, and other interbank transfers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable policies. • Transaction Monitoring and Reconciliation: Regularly monitor remittance transactions for any discrepancies, reconcile transactions with bank statements, and resolve discrepancies in coordination with internal departments and banking partners. • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all remittance transactions comply with federal and state regulations as well as company policies. Identify and mitigate potential risks related to remittance activities and report any suspicious activity. • Treasury Support: Assist the Treasury team with cash flow management, forecasting, and other treasury-related tasks to support company financial goals. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all remittance transactions, create daily/weekly/monthly reports on remittance activities, and provide analysis to the Treasury Manager for performance tracking. • Customer and Internal Communication: Liaise with banks, internal departments, and clients to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure smooth processing of transactions. • System Management and Process Improvement: Work with the finance and IT departments to optimize remittance systems and implement automation and improvements to increase efficiency. • Qualification: •

Education: Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. • Experience: 3+ years of experience in remittance processing, treasury, or banking operations, preferably with exposure to domestic payment systems.
