Assistant Manager / Dy.Manager - NPD - Machining

Role & responsibilities

CNC Part programming and conducting cutting trials in CNC Turning/VMC/HMC machines for new developments parts.

Cycle time reduction and optimisation of process for new developments parts / Running parts

Process planning and process validaion.

Developing fixture for New development parts.

Coordinating and supporting to production team and quality team for NPD parts prduction / Rejection improvement.

Cutting tools design and proove out.

Inspection , validating tool drawing as per supplier tool drawing MED points & implementation .

Process Validation and updation for process setup Pokayoka planning for NPD and Production parts.

Ensure safety is complied with & bring to notice to any potential risk . 5s maintaining Conducting Leak test in LTM machine and results compilation and sharing data to respective dept.

Conducting and training to production team about Laser marking activities and implementation in components.

Safe guard the equipment provided Communicating with related dept. regarding new projects. Controlling & Maintaining New project related documents & data.

Working on new techniques for manufacturing & inspection & Implementing.

CNC/VMC/HMC Knowledge

Hands on experience in New product development - Machining
