What they need
E-commerce Operations: Manage end-to-end order processing, fulfillment, dispatch, delivery, returns and pending orders.
Courier & Logistics Management: Monitor courier performance, delivery ratios, operational issues and vendor relationships.
COD & Financial Reconciliation: Track courier payments, prepare payment forecasts and resolve outstanding payment discrepancies.
Claims & Invoice Management: Follow up on courier claims, invoice holds, deductions and financial disputes.
Reporting & Automation: Develop MIS reports, Excel dashboards and automated reporting systems to improve accuracy and operational visibility.
FFC Performance Management: Monitor fulfillment center performance, order aging, dispatch timelines and inventory-related issues.
Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
