We are hiring an experienced Assistant Manager (E&M OP Coding) to manage and drive outpatient coding operations.
Position: Assistant Manager E&M OP Coding
Experience: 8–14 Years
Specialty: E&M OP
Certification: Any Coding Certification Mandatory
Locations: Chennai & Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end E&M Outpatient coding operations and delivery
- Ensure SLA adherence, productivity, quality, and accuracy targets
- Drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives
- Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and team performance
- Handle client communication and stakeholder coordination
- Support audits, compliance, and quality governance
- Mentor and develop team members
- Manage transitions, ramp-ups, and new implementations.
