Assistant Manager - EHS (Safety)

Role & responsibilities

• To take care of overall Safety at Dahej Site.
• Daily Plant round to check the gaps and report to HOD
• Report incident along with investigation and corrective and preventive action of near miss/incident/accident.
• Monitoring of work permit system at site and on time closure
• To inspect, testing of fire detection systems installed in the plant and maintain the healthiness all the time
• Audit and Inspection of plant, machinery, storage tanks, warehouse etc
• ISO and SOP to implemented as per GMP requirement
• To conduct mock drills for legal compliance as per the decided frequency
• To impart various Safety related trainings to Employee's and Contract Workers
• Ensure PPEs to be used by employees as per their job requirement
• Legal compliance as per the DISH, PESO, collector NOC, CGWA etc
• Arrange first aid training from external authority for employees.
• Ensure hazardous materials are store, handle with required safety measures of employees.
• Prepare MIS on monthly basis

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have good in communcation & Presentation Skills.

• Must have team handlig exposure of 3 to 5 Persons.
