Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day civil and engineering activities at the project site.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, and internal project teams.
• Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and other construction activities.
• Review drawings and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with consultants.
• Monitor contractor performance, manpower, materials, and productivity.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Verify measurements, quantities, and contractor bills.
• Coordinate with MEP teams for smooth integration of services.
• Track project progress and highlight delays, risks, and technical issues to the reporting manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety and project procedures.

Desired Skills

• Strong experience in residential project execution.
• Good knowledge of construction methodology, drawings, BOQ, measurements, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with large-scale residential / high-rise projects will be preferred.
