Assistant Manager - Engineering

• Operate and troubleshoot IBR boilers and allied equipment, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Provide technical support for HVAC equipment, perform load calculations, and implement system optimization plans.
• Manage operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of water systems including bore wells, ROI, ROII, WFI generation and distribution, and pure steam generators.
• Monitoring of operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Chillers & chilled water pumping systems.
• Prepare, review, and update SOPs; provide training to staff and operators as per GMP requirements.
• Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of HVAC systems starting from Water-cooled chillers, pumping systems, cooling towers & Air handling units.
• Lead troubleshooting during breakdowns and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Monitor and optimize energy consumption across HVAC and utility systems; implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Performing Revalidation of HVAC systems as per Master Plan.
• Execute periodic sanitization of RO, WFI, and PSG systems to prevent microbial contamination.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical spares for maintenance.
• Ensure strict adherence to EHS guidelines, OSHA standards, and plant-specific safety protocols durinq all operations and maintenance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for system reliability, efficiency, and cost reduction.
