Assistant Manager – EXIM

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree inCustoms, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in EXIM/Customs, preferably in garment manufacturing and Bonded Zone operations.
• Strong understanding of Export-Import processes, Customs regulations, CEISA, IT Inventory, and AEO
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• * Customs Expert Certificate (Ahli Kepabeanan) is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily Export & Import operations and customs clearance.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of PEB, BC 2.3, BC 2.6.1, BC 2.6.2, BC 2.7, BC 4.0 and related documents.
• Monitor IT Inventory, CEISA, ERP, and physical stock reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with Customs regulations, Bonded Zone requirements, AEO standards, and company SOPs.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Logistics, Finance, IT, Forwarders, Shipping Lines, and Customs.
• Support Customs/AEO audits, corrective actions, and compliance improvement programs.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the EXIM team.
