Assistant Manager - Export Logistics

Job Location: Khandala MIDC, Phase-II, Village Kesurdi, Tal.- Khandala, Dist.- Satara, Maharashtra.

Department: Logistics Export & Domestic

Education:

• Any Graduate
• Diploma / Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred

Experience:

• 10 to 12 years of experience in Export & Domestic Logistics
• Mandatory experience in Manufacturing / Engineering / Project-based industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end export and domestic logistics operations, including vehicle placement, dispatch planning, and shipment execution.
• Coordinate with production, transporters, freight forwarders, CHA, and customers for timely dispatches.
• Manage packing details, container stuffing, carting, and shipment scheduling for SEA/AIR shipments.
• Prepare and verify export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, B/L, AWB, COO, FORM AI, SAFTA, etc.
• Ensure customs clearance compliance and resolve issues such as EGM errors and documentation discrepancies.
• Track shipments, monitor delivery status, and maintain shipment records in SAP SD module.
• Handle freight rate negotiations, forwarder billing verification, and customer invoicing (including project customers).
• Support project-based shipments, re-imports, audit requirements, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
