Assistant Manager - FDD

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage due diligence processes for both buy-side and sell-side transactions, ensuring timely completion of reviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documents and information for due diligence purposes.
• Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements, market trends, and other relevant data to identify potential risks or opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive reports summarizing findings and recommendations for clients.

Job Requirements :

• 3.9-10 years of experience in investment banking or a related field.
• Strong understanding of due diligence procedures on both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in preparing clear, concise reports that communicate effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
