Roles & Responsibility

Managed end-to-end financial reporting and close activities, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.

Performed reconciliations of key GL accounts, including advances, security deposits, and vendor balances, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial records.

Assist in vendor balance confirmations and reconciliations, including security deposit tracking, recovery follow-ups, and identification of longoutstanding items for provisioning or write-off.

Coordinated with cross-functional teams (IT, Alliance, Procurement, and Operations) to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper accounting treatment.

Assisted in audit processes (internal and statutory audits) by preparing schedules, responding to auditor queries, and ensuring timely closure of audit observations.

Maintained and monitored Fixed Asset Register (FAR), including capitalization, disposal, depreciation accounting, and physical verification alignment.

Reviewed and processed employee recoveries, advances, and write-offs, ensuring approvals (NFA) and compliance with company policies.

Prepared and analyzed variance reports, MIS, and financial insights to support management decision-making.

Ensured adherence to internal controls, policies, and compliance requirements, highlighting risks and suggesting corrective actions.
