Summary

As the Assistant General Manager at Euro Med Spa, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your leadership will be key in maintaining our commitment to client satisfaction while managing staff and resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and assist in managing staff to create a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Cultivate relationships with clients to understand their needs and improve service offerings.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards within the facility.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role within the wellness or medical spa industry.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions for operational improvements.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
