Assistant Manager - Forward Deployed Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, setting development and integration best practices for GenAI applications.
• Design and develop AI-driven applications in Python, integrating LLM capabilities into backend services.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and WebSocket services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Implement and evolve microservices architecture to support scalable and modular AI applications.
• Oversee production deployment, monitoring, and continuous evaluation to improve performance and reliability.

Skills Required:

• 5.5 - 7.5 years of experience delivering AI/ML and GenAI solutions in production environments.
• Artificial Intelligence, AI/ML, and LLM development experience in production environments.
• Strong Python engineering skills for building AI-driven backend services and integrations.
• GenAI application development experience, including integrating and optimizing LLM-based solutions.
• API development experience (RESTful APIs and WebSockets) and production deployment with monitoring.

Good to Have:

• OpenAI integration experience.
• FastAPI experience for building backend APIs.

Education: Any Graduation / Any Post Graduation (B. TECH/BE or higher).
