Assistant Manager Foundry

As a Foundry Manager / Assistant Manager, you will play an important role in managing Foundry shop floor operations and driving operational excellence through SQCD, KPI achievement, continuous improvement, and effective people management.

• Manage Foundry shop floor operations based on SQCD.
• Set, monitor, and control departmental KPIs.
• Control production costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Identify and solve production/process problems.
• Lead SQCD and continuous improvement activities.
• Manage and develop human resources in the Foundry process.
• Coordinate with related departments to achieve production targets.

Requirements

• Minimum D3 Engineering or Metallurgy.

• Experience in Foundry Engineering or Manufacturing.

• Experience as Manufacturing Manager/Assistant Manager is preferred.

• Good knowledge of Foundry process and Shop Floor Management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Gmail, Gemini, etc.).

• Good English communication skills.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cost control skills.

• Knowledge of SQCD and KPI management.
