Assistant Manager, Fund Services

Our client, a financial institution, is seeking experienced professional to join them for their business expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the operations flow of new funds business
• Coordinate with internal funds operations teams and institutional clients
• Plan and execute new fund launch programs and events
• Work closely with business partners for development of marketing events
• Assist in innovative product launch projects
• Take up ad-hoc projects when required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Over 3 years’ experience in funds industry
• New Funds set up experience will be an asset
• Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills and able to work independently
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin
