Assistant Manager - Health Financing

Job Summary

This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.

Responsibilities

• Managing Hospital sourcing for assigned Relationship for Loans and Insurance.
• Engage with Hospital to build and strengthen relationships.
• Ensuring timely revert on Hospitals' queries.
• Managing FOS at Hospitals for Loans and Insurance sales in conjunction with Hospital Staff.
• Daily Reporting of Key metrics for the hospitals for driving velocity.

Qualifications

• MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 1-3 years of experience.
• Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry or Healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
• Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment.
• Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
• Acceptable level of proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
