Assistant Manager, Healthcare Analytics & Procurement (2 Years Contract)

What you'll be doing

• Partner with clinical and operations teams to turn healthcare, operational and financial data into clear insights for decision-making
• Build and enhance dashboards, reports and visualisations to track performance, identify trends and highlight improvement opportunities
• Analyse utilisation, spending and operational trends to support better resource planning and cost management
• Support healthcare performance tracking, quality improvement initiatives, research activities and data reporting requirements
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, quotations/tenders, vendor evaluation, purchase orders and contract administration
• Work with stakeholders to understand service requirements and develop practical, value-for-money procurement strategies
• Manage vendor relationships, contract utilisation and renewals while monitoring supplier performance and service quality
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes through data analytics, workflow improvements and automation
• Prepare management reports and recommendations, ensuring information is accurate, well-governed and audit-ready
• Support other operational, procurement or improvement initiatives as required

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Business/ Healthcare Administration/ Data Analytics/ Supply Chain/ Procurement or related studies
• 2 - 4 years of working experience in healthcare operations, analytics, procurement, contract management or a similar environment
• Comfortable working with data and translating findings into practical business recommendations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL or similar tools will be advantageous
• Good understanding of procurement processes, vendor management and contract administration
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across clinical and non-clinical teams
• Analytical, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Candidates with experience in healthcare, public sector or other regulated environments will have an advantage
