Assistant Manager - Horticuture

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for a cluster of Multiple sites ensuring service quality and timely execution
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as the primary point of contact for operational matters
• Supervise and lead a team of 2-3 Executives and 15-20 field staff/labour
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure proper maintenance, service standards, and issue resolution
• Monitor plant health and ensure timely replacement with cost control measures
• Track and manage replacement costing and operational expenses
• Coordinate closely with clients, internal teams, and vendors for smooth execution
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and reporting systems
• Identify areas for improvement and implement operational efficiencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field (preferred)
• 2-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in horticulture, landscaping, or facility management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good client handling and communication abilities
• Basic knowledge of horticulture operations and plant maintenance
• Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
