Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments function smoothly and efficiently.
• Supervise and manage hospitality teams, including front desk staff, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
• Maintain high standards of guest services by ensuring property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems are utilized effectively.
• Ensure compliance with hotel guest service standards, human resources policies, and health and safety regulations.
• Handle guest relations issues promptly and professionally to guarantee a positive experience for all visitors.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize operational workflows, including night audits, front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette.

Experience

• experience within the hospitality industry or hotel management roles
• Experience in resort or hotel environments with a focus on guest relations and customer service excellence.

Weekend Availability is a must.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
