Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments deliver exceptional guest service and adhere to property standards
• Supervise and manage hospitality teams, including front desk staff, housekeeping, and food service personnel
• Implement and monitor revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy rates and maximize profitability
• Manage hospitality operations budgets, including forecasting, expense control, and financial reporting
• Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to coordinate bookings and streamline guest check-in/check-out processes
• Maintain high standards of hotel guest service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Lead human resources functions such as staffing, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive team environment
• Ensure compliance with hotel guest service standards, health & safety regulations, and company policies
• Communicate effectively with staff and guests through managerial communication channels and multi-line phone systems using professional phone etiquette

Skills

• Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively
• Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel management industry
• Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles, including revenue management and financial operations
• Experience managing hospitality teams with a focus on customer service excellence and guest relations
• Proficiency in property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, and property management software (PMS)
• Ability to oversee daily operations while managing budgets and controlling expenses efficiently
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaborative work environments
• Effective communication skills for managerial interactions, staff training, and guest engagement
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and maintaining professional phone etiquette in all interactions

Pay: $52,680.72 - $63,443.45 per year
