What you'll be doing

• Overseeing key HR functions, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
• Designing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
• Conducting interviews, screening candidates, and providing hiring recommendations
• Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor law
• Partnering with managers to understand staffing needs and deliver solutions
• Addressing employee concerns and resolving HR-related issues
• Supporting HR initiatives, projects, and engagement activities

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition, ideally in manufacturing, transport, or logistics industries
• Proven experience in supervising or managing a team
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels
• Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis
• Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Fluency in English and Thai (Mandarin is a plus)
