An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to become the key HR leader for our Taiwan operation. As the sole HR representative in Taiwan, you will have the autonomy, visibility, and influence to shape employee experience, establish best practices, and partner directly with regional leadership to support business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes from the ground up, advising managers, and making a tangible impact within a dynamic, international environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Leading the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Acting as a trusted HR Business Partner to local and regional leaders, providing guidance on people management and organizational development.
• Developing and localizing HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks in line with Taiwan labour regulations.
• Managing payroll, benefits administration, employee records, and HR operations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Driving employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, learning & development programs, and retention strategies.
• Overseeing office administration, workplace operations, vendor management, and business support activities.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of HR Generalist, HRBP, or HR & Administration experience.
• Experience within technology, data centre, IT, engineering, telecommunications, or other fast-paced industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Taiwan employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, and build solutions in a growing organisation.
• Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills.
