About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Assistant Manager – HR Business Partner to lead human resources operations for our Bagwada, Vapi site. You will act as a vital bridge between site leadership and employees, driving talent management, engagement, and operational HR excellence to support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Site HR Leadership: Act as the primary HR Business Partner for the Bagwada location, collaborating with site heads to align HR strategies with operational goals.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end HR processes including seamless onboarding, performance appraisals, and smooth exit management.
• Engagement & Grievance Handling: Drive employee engagement initiatives and proactively address staff and shop-floor grievances to maintain a harmonious, productive work environment.
• Talent Acquisition: Support localized hiring requirements, ensuring timely closure of critical vacancies with quality talent.
• Compliance & Analytics: Ensure strict adherence to regional labor laws and statutory compliance, while maintaining accurate HR trackers and dashboards for headcount, attrition, and attendance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources.
• Experience: 7 to 12 years of core HR experience, preferably operating as an HRBP or Generalist in a manufacturing, plant, or heavy-industry setting.
• Skills: Strong conflict resolution, stakeholder management, and data tracking skills (proficient in Excel).
• Language: Fluency in Hindi and Gujarati is highly preferred for effective localized communication.
