Assistant Manager - HR

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with prior experience in the Food & Retail/Food Industry preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll processing and salary coordination
• Recruitment, interviews & onboarding
• Attendance, leave & employee records management
• Labour law & statutory compliance
• Employee engagement activities & events
• Training & development coordination
• Employee grievance handling & HR support
• Performance management and appraisal coordination
• HR policies, documentation & MIS
• Maintaining a positive and productive work environment

Experience: 3+ years in HR
Preferred: Experience in Food, Retail, QSR, Hospitality or FMCG indust

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
