What they need
Experience- 5 to 10 years
HRBP for entire Trivandrum Zone comprising of Trivandrum, Attingal, Balaramapuram and Nagercoil.
-Partner with Business/Functional Heads on manpower and people-related matters.
Manage employee relations, grievances, engagement, and retention.
Drive performance management, probation confirmation and transfers.
Support manpower planning and recruitment for labs, collection centres, phlebotomy, sales, and support functions.
Monitor attrition, absenteeism, vacancies, and manpower productivity.
Good excel knowledge, interpersonal skills and communication.
